Thank you, Pamela. This is a strong, insightful point. It is so necessary for a community, person or company to realize and state that they desire wellness. Oftentimes in companies and teams it isn't even talked about! After naming it, I agree that a super important step is taking action to begin to manifest that wellness; whether it's sharing the wish/ideas with others, writing something down, setting some plan of action to make it possible. Great comment, much appreciated!

Beautifully expressed, Adrilia. Being present with what is, in ourselves, in others, is the great starting point as you've described in your first paragraph. Also, having the consciousness to know that we desire wellness as an individual, as a group or company, as a community, sounds simple but is an important first step. Then stating it out loud and putting it in writing, to bring the concept more fully into our vibrations puts some weight behind the awareness. After which, focusing on what brings us closer to feeling wellness, such as the example of watching funny movies that you wrote about, helps us create the actual state of well being in the moment. Thanks, Adrilia!
