I couldn&#039;t agree more with the importance of empathy.  It is a place of compassion where we can put ourselves in someone else&#039;s shoes and attentively create a space for allowing them to be just as they are.  That allowing creates a feeling in the other of being met and supported without having to be different in any way, and it gives them the possibility of moving to a healthier, more resilient state in their own way and time.  Great article!</description>
