Thank you, Timothy, for your comment. Yes, recalibrating one area has to influence everything. I have heard the word recalibration used quite often recently -- in systems, in methods, in business processes and in healing modalities. In some situations it's easier for this process to begin on the physical then affect the other levels; but in others perhaps it begins elsewehere. What determines this? To me, the word keeps surfacing because it refers to the many changes we are dealing with as a society. On some deep level we must feel we need a recalibration ... a return to true purpose and to what is precious and important in our lives.

Gratitude is the key that can open all the doors. Gratitufe for challenges isn't so hard to find either, once we start working on it.

How could you recalibrate on one level without influencing all levels? They are all part of one system.

Hello, Leiko.

I really appreciate your comment and your bringing up the importance of being grateful -- such a transformative state. We all have challenges but at the same time we have so very much! I love your word "re-calibration". I wonder how other people experience this re-calibration: Is it physically, emotionally, spiritually, or all three?

I find inspiration from gratitude. Learning of someone's suffering or hardship always helps to re-calibrate my heart and mind, reminding me to let go of my trivial worries and remember the bigger picture.
